Standard SHIPPING

Poojas’s Couture offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $999, Australia wide. A standard shipping rate of $150 AUD applies to all other orders within Australia below $999 AUD.

All deliveries are dispatched between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

All standard orders are expected to arrive within 7 business days after fulfilment. Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification with information to track your order.

International Shipping

US, UK, and Canada: Free shipping for orders over $2999 AUD. A standard shipping rate of $200 AUD applies to all other orders below $2999.
India & New Zealand: Free shipping for orders over $1999 AUD. A standard shipping rate of $200 AUD applies to all other orders below $1999.

If your shipping destination is not listed in the freight list at checkout, please email info@poojascouture.com with your order and we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

DISPATCH INFORMATION

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of customs delays for our international customers. All deliveries will be despatched Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEST. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification and tracking number for your order.

Duties & Taxes

*Please note, you may incur import duties and taxes on your order. Poojas’s Couture does not provide Delivery Duty Paid and all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in the product price. These duties and taxes are payable by the customer and will not be reimbursed or refunded by Poojas’s Couture.
